The Strategy International group of companies includes the D Group, British Expertise International, and the British Foreign Policy Group. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Events Manager

to support the programming and delivery of our flagship events programmes across all businesses. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our offering to our members and stakeholders, bringing together senior figures in business, government and academia to support the UK's growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities



Work across teams to support the planning and delivery of events across all of Strategy International's businesses, including in-person and virtual formats Coordinate event logistics, including attendee communications, venue sourcing, catering and AV requirements Support events on the day, including welcoming guests, serving refreshments when necessary, and liaising with internal and external teams to ensure the event runs smoothly Assist with promotional activities including event listings on our websites, email campaigns, and social media outreach Manage registrations, including communication with member companies and logging attendees accurately Ensure all events are delivered to the highest quality and within pre-agreed budgets

Skills and Experience



Essential Competencies:



Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure Confident using digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and other event-related tools A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Essential Experience:



2-3 years' experience in event coordination, project support, or hospitality Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience managing logistics and stakeholder communications

Desirable Experience:



Familiarity with B2B or policy-focused events Interest in current affairs and the broader policy landscape Experience using digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce and social media
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 33,000.00-38,000.00 per year
