The Role

We are seeking an experienced and organised Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of events at Goodies Food Hall -- including private functions, seasonal experiences, workshops, pop-up events, and community activities.
You'll work closely with our management, kitchen, retail, and social media/marketing team to promote events effectively and ensure strong engagement both on-site and online.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and manage all on-site events from start to finish Oversee bookings, enquiries, scheduling, and event logistics Work with the kitchen and retail teams to develop event menus and packages Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to advertise and promote events across all digital channels Manage budgets, suppliers, and event staffing requirements Ensure excellent customer service throughout the event process Generate ideas for new events and activities that grow footfall and revenue Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local organisations Ensure all events comply with health & safety and licensing requirements

About You

Previous experience in events management (hospitality/retail sector preferred) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Confident working in a fast-paced environment Able to work evenings/weekends when required Professional, reliable, and a team player
