Events Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Manager to lead our existing events programme and help launch our new padel and events facility. You will manage key events such as Santa's Grotto, toy events, and community coffee mornings, while also playing a central role in preparing our new sports and function space for its 2026 debut.

This role is perfect for someone with events experience who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to be involved in an exciting new chapter for our business.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise and deliver a wide range of events across the business Lead flagship seasonal events such as Santa's Grotto, Easter activities, and family fun days Collaborate closely with the marketing, hospitality, and retail teams Manage external suppliers, entertainers, and third-party event partners Take a forward-facing role in the launch of our padel centre, including event programming and private hire coordination Track budgets, maintain event schedules, and report performance Ensure all events meet brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences Stay up-to-date with trends in retail, leisure, and experiential events
What We're Looking For

Experience in events management, ideally within retail, hospitality, or leisure Strong organisation and communication skills A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Confident working on both day-to-day logistics and long-term strategy A passion for delivering memorable customer experiences Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Willingness to get hands-on and make things happen

Pay: 30,000.00-37,500.00 per year
