We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident Events Manager to lead the delivery of Cratus' growing programme of Membership driven Development Forums and external events. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing our Forums across multiple regions, coordinating large-scale company conferences, and overseeing a wide range of client and corporate events.
You will work closely with the Events team and colleagues across the business to ensure every event runs seamlessly, reflects the Cratus brand, and delivers an exceptional experience for our members, partners and clients. What the role entails
Development Forums
Project manage the full lifecycle of our Development Forums, from planning and speaker coordination (including industry and political contacts) to venue management, marketing, and on-the-day delivery.
Oversee delegate management, including invitations, registrations, enquiries and follow-up.
Coordinate with senior leadership, partners and clients to develop event content, agendas and formats.
Oversee the creation of event collateral, promotional emails and social media content.
Manage relationships with venues, suppliers and external partners, ensuring value for money and excellent service.
Produce and manage event budgets, tracking all costs and reporting performance.
Wider Cratus Events Programme
Work with the Events team on the organisation of major company conferences and flagship events, ensuring they run to a consistently high standard.
Support teams organising Cratus' presence at key industry events such as UKREiiF, LGA Conference and Party Conferences.
Coordinate client roundtables, private dinners and networking events.
Assist with the creation of event collateral, promotional emails and social media content.
Ensure all events support wider business objectives, brand standards and client expectations.
Event Operations & Administration
Manage event systems, processes and timelines, ensuring tasks are delivered on schedule.
Maintain accurate data lists, event records and reporting.
Prepare briefing notes, scripts and event materials for internal and external speakers.
Support continuous improvement by reviewing event feedback and implementing enhancements.
Demonstrate knowledge of AI tools and their application in events and communications.
The offer
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum
