Job Description

Energist supplies nitrogen plasma systems to the medical and aesthetic treatment sectors via a worldwide network of distributors. Its products are largely electro-mechanical in nature and are assembled both in-house, at its Swansea manufacturing facility, and by specialist sub-contractors based in the locality.

As a registered medical device manufacturer, Energist maintains a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 13485 & FDA CFR 21.

The Role



We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organised Events and Marketing Executive to support Energist's expanding marketing and educational activities. This role will play a key part in planning and delivering impactful marketing event initiatives, managing clinical and commercial events, and driving brand awareness for NeoGen across global markets.

You'll work with the marketing, digital, clinical, UK and distribution teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials, coordinate both UK and international events, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities



1. Events Management:



Plan, organise, and deliver Trade shows/ exhibitions, owned workshops and training events (UK and international). Coordinate logistics, budgets, and supplier relationships for trade shows and medical congresses (e.g., ACE, Aesthetic Medicine, AMWC, IMCAS, CCR, etc). Project manage and support NeoGen KOL-led workshops and live demonstrations of NeoGen technologies, including registration process. Oversee event branding and pre advertising, support booth design, delegate communications, and post-event reporting. Work with staff, vendors and KOL's to secure venue hire and manage accommodation for UK and Global events.

2. Marketing Communications and Support:



Liaise with the digital team who will help develop content and promote NeoGen technologies and events. Create and manage printed and physical branded materials with regards to clinic launch pack, products, campaigns, workshops and events. Work closely with the Distribution Manager to localise campaigns and materials. Develop marketing promotional kits, and brief digital assets to the digital team to support sales initiatives. Help maintain the company's image library of print materials and manage stock, re-order where necessary. Manage events budget, raise necessary purchase invoicing for both events and marketing department, including stock management of promotional materials and vendors. Attend majority of trade shows with the UK/Global teams and be the main contact on the ground for the organisers for all things with regards to insurance with local authority and public liability and booth builders. Support the UK team supplying marketing material to new and existing clinics. Working with local design vendors to produce print marketing related materials. Develop and create brand messaging, literature content, including proof reading. For direct markets manage translations of materials and liaise with Regulatory Dept. to raise new part numbers for updates, including the management of file versions.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:



A relevant qualification and experience with events management

Minimum of 3-5 years experience

Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation technology.

Full UK Driver's License

Willingness to work away from home as required

Confident presenter with excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:



Travel is expected for several main congresses and workshops throughout the year, mainly UK but may need to travel to global events too.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-32,000.00 per year
