Bloom, located in the beating heart of Bristol's Park Street, has an exciting opportunity for a

Events & Marketing Manager

, to join the team. Working in a state-of-the-art multi-functional hospitality venue, you will be responsible for generating new business through key marketing strategies & events.

Bloom is proudly connected to Dorothy's Diner -- Bristol's most fabulous late-night food haven, serving up big diner energy with a side of drag, disco, and downright deliciousness. Together, Bloom and Dorothy's will be the home of show-stopping brunches, creative takeovers, and unforgettable events -- and you'll be right at the heart of dreaming them up and bringing them to life.

The key responsibilities of the role will include;

Taking charge of all venue bookings and our bookings system - from weddings & epic Christmas parties to big birthdays, business meet-ups, and whatever fabulous ideas people dream up next.

Developing the business, in-line with the key business strategies

Planning, organising and implementing events

Working alongside the Head Office marketing department to develop & implement the venues marketing strategy

Recruiting, training, mentoring & developing the succession of the venues hosting & promotional teams

Monitoring & managing the brand image within the venue, through all key aspects, such as visual presentation

Network & liaise directly with local businesses to establish key working relationships
