About the Role:




You'll be based at our Amersham HQ 90% of the time, with occasional travel (approx. 2 overnight stays per month) to support weekend tournaments. All travel and accommodation costs are covered, and you'll take time off in lieu for any work outside your usual hours.


This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where no two days look quite the same. One moment you might be packing merchandise and prepping event kits, the next you're on-site helping run a tournament, supporting a player query, or stepping in as the trained first aider (don't worry - we'll provide the training).


You'll build strong relationships with artists, vendors, and sponsors, and keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly. It's a role that puts you at the centre of the action - connecting teams, solving problems, and helping create events that players genuinely love. On a day to day basis, you might:

Assist with all logistical aspects of event preparation and delivery Act as deputy to the Events Operations Manager at events and in the office Manage and pack tournament supplies and merchandise Support procurement and track inventory across the business Coordinate with artists, vendors and sponsors to onboard contributors Be a key point of contact for our Customer Service and Marketing Teams Help create event assets Input data, update internal systems, and support the events calendar

What We're Looking For:



Someone who plays, or is excited to learn to play, the TCGs we support A natural organiser who is solutions focused Comfortable with flexible working hours during busy event periods Willing to travel both nationally and internationally, and stay overnight two nights a month Highly motivated, team-focused, and ready to learn Committed to the highest standards of innovation, excellence and customer service

The ideal candidate will also have

Experience in events and/or logistics Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices A full UK driving licence (or a willingness to gain one) Own car

Location: Office-based, Amersham Standard Hours: 40 hours across 5 days Flexibility Required: Some weekend working, overnights and travel Salary: 26,500 - 27,000 Contract: Full-time, permanent
