About the Role

This is a dynamic and hands-on role at the heart of our operations. You'll play a key part in discovering new events, managing partnerships, and ensuring our activations run smoothly from start to finish. Expect variety, fast-paced days, and real ownership over your projects.

Key Responsibilities

Event Discovery & Booking



Research upcoming events across the UK and assess their suitability Liaise with event organisers to gather key information (footfall, costs, dates) Book and confirm participation up to 18 months in advance

Stakeholder Coordination



Work closely with both founders on strategy and execution Communicate with bar owners, brewers, and other partners Coordinate with our website developer to build and update our online presence

Event Execution



Attend UK-wide events to oversee delivery and logistics Act as the key on-site contact for installations and partnerships

Marketing & Promotion



Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Collaborate with internal and external creatives to promote events

General Planning & Administration



Maintain an organised event calendar and planning documents Track budgets, performance metrics, and ROI Provide regular updates and insights to the founding team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about events, hospitality, and creating standout experiences Proactive, driven, and able to manage multiple projects independently A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with partners and collaborators Skilled in creating social media content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure Flexible with travel across the UK and occasional weekend work

Desirable (but not required):



Experience in events, hospitality, or brand partnerships Knowledge of the UK events, nightlife, or brewery scenes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
