Events and Production Coordinator



Contract: Full Time - 40 hours over 4 days

Days worked: Flexible hours with weekend working dependant on events calendar

Salary: 27,000 per year

Reports to: Event Manager

Job Purpose:



To facilitate the smooth execution of Hedonist Creative events as an extension of our clients' brands.

Execute assigned events to both Hedonist Creative and partner brands standards. Maintain standards within the Hedonist HQ, ensuring the highest level of health and safety compliance Ensure the values and standards of Hedonist Creative are paramount in your conduct.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities



Events & Production Operations

Execute assigned projects to the highest possible standards, adhering to the client's brand standards
and specifications, always putting the clients needs first

Coordinate event assets, assist in coordination of producing new brand assets Manage warehouse consumables, beauty boxes and glassware keeping stock to recommended par
levels

Act as a brand guardian for Hedonist clients, advocating for the client as an extension of their team Engage with clients' customers, help them to connect with the brand and so delivering key goals for
each event

Assist with the operational organisation of events as required Maintain H&S standards in the warehouse Ensure all kit is well maintained and in good working order Complete vehicle due diligence check sheets weekly and monthly. Ensure vehicle documentation is
kept up to date including MOT and servicing

Support with managing warehouse logistics, ensure that events equipment is properly stored and
organised.

Check goods in and out for jobs and re-organise, clean, test and prepare as required. Inline with tick
sheets.

Admin

Ensure that all assigned project cost trackers are accurately completed by pre-stated deadlines Ensure that all assigned project summaries and reports are accurately completed by pre-stated
deadlines

Ensure company email is kept up to date Maintain company useful documents including password docs and contacts Ensure that any reporting documentation is kept up to date including health & safety checklists
Budgets & Costs

Ensure that budgets set by your line manager are adhered to and the correct procedure is followed
should there be challenges in doing this

Keep all company and personal expenses up to date weekly
General

Advocate for and promote Hedonist at all times. Actively seek to keep a detailed knowledge of each of our clients (and their brands), enabling you to
confidently advocate for them.-Ensure that all policies and procedures, such as health and safety and

allergen policies are adhered to.

Exemplify Hedonist values and standards, ensuring your own personal hygiene, appearance and
standards are exemplary.

Ensure Hedonist equipment is accounted for and kept in good working order, reporting any loss or
damage where necessary.

Ensure company email is kept up to date. Ensure availability is communicated where possible. Ensure a good level of internal and external communications in a clear and appropriate manner.

Person Specification



Ideal

Full clean driving license-Hospitality experience Good IT skills and knowledge of using Microsoft programmes
Aspirational

Knowledge of systems such as Asana Project Management software Events experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00 per year

Willingness to travel:

50% (preferred)
Work Location: In person
