Events Sales & Coordination Manager

to oversee and enhance our mobile events operations.

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of event bookings and execution, ensuring clients receive a seamless and memorable experience. This role demands a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all event bookings, serving as the primary point of contact for clients Liaise with clients to establish event requirements and tailor services accordingly Ensure all documentation--including planning forms, delivery schedules, and hire agreements--is accurate and completed in a timely manner Lead, coach, and mentor the events team to consistently deliver service excellence Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients and guests Monitor beverage stock levels to ensure appropriate inventory for all scheduled events

Candidate Requirements:

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role Confidence in driving commercial vehicles up to Luton van size Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships Exceptional organisational and communication skills Availability for Saturday shifts between May and September (peak season)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday availability initially required during peak season (Overtime)

Salary:

25,000 - 32,000 a year
