We are looking for an Events Sales Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team @Broadwick Soho.

As Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling event enquiries from initial contact through to execution, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of every event. You will support in driving revenue, converting leads, and building lasting relationships with both new and returning clients.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

The Role



Serve as the primary point of contact for all event inquiries, delivering prompt, polished, and professional responses that reflect the hotel's luxury brand standards. Manage incoming event enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Conduct site visits and client meetings, showcasing the hotel's event spaces and capabilities. Create personalised event proposals and contracts in line with client needs and hotel standards. Create BEO's (Banqueting Event Orders) tailored to the individual clients needs and aligned with the hotel standards. Ensure all the billing instructions as per our contracted terms and conditions are up to date pre and post event as per the company standards. Work collaboratively with the operational team to ensure seamless delivery of every detail of the client events. Conduct post-event follow-ups, gather feedback, and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business or referrals. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and client communications using the hotel's CRM system. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key corporate accounts, agencies, and local partners. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.

What do we need from you?



Experience in event sales within a luxury hotel operation. Experience in an operational hospitality role is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (Opera) Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure. Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality. Ability to work full time, 5 days per week including hands on involvement in events on evenings and weekends
