We are looking for a highly experienced Events Sales Manager to join us at The Titanic Hotel Liverpool.
The Titanic Hotel Liverpool is all about the restoration of one of our city's most historic and iconic buildings. It forms part of the Stanley Dock Village development overlooking the waters of Stanley Dock. The hotel is a hotel of unequalled proportion of size, iconic service and style.
The Events Sales Manager will work closely with the Revenue Manager and General Manager. They will produce a hard hitting yield and booking conversion strategy and formulate the Rum Warehouse marketing plan and implement sales strategies ensuring that the exclusive and unique style of The Rum Warehouse is fully promoted at all times.
You will be responsible for driving revenue from all sectors into the venue through Proactive and reactive sales, generating new ideas of how to further maximise exposure of this unique space. This you will achieve through the development of a definitive sales plan and targeted approach - local, national and international.
Responsible for driving business into to the venue you will have a solid track record of securing new business. Previous experience in a similar role is crucial.
The successful candidate must be a natural relationship builder, with excellent communication and presentation skills to reach a diverse audience. Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also as part of a team. Will work closely with the Revenue Manager and General Manager to agree and deliver the Hotel Sales and Marketing plan.
