The Bull Hospitality Group is growing fast - and we're looking for a passionate, results-driven Events Sales Manager to help us take our private hire and events business to the next level. With five thriving venues across East London and a reputation for quality, creativity, and unforgettable experiences, this is a rare opportunity to join a young, ambitious team that's making real waves in the London hospitality scene.

About the Role


As our Events Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind all inbound and outbound events sales. You'll handle new enquiries, guide clients through our unique offerings, and convert interest into unforgettable events - from birthday parties and weddings to corporate takeovers and music nights. You're not just selling events, you're curating experiences.

This is a pivotal role in our two-person Events team - you'll work hand-in-hand with our Events Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery. That means strong communication, immaculate planning, and crystal-clear function sheets for every event. You'll also work closely with venue teams and company management to ensure the Bull Group standard is upheld across the board.

Key Responsibilities



Handle all incoming event enquiries across our 5 venues - respond promptly and professionally Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive follow-up, venue show rounds, and tailored proposals Proactively seek new business, build relationships with corporate and agency clients, and grow our events calendar Produce detailed and accurate function sheets for each event, acting as the key bridge between sales and operations Maintain our CRM system and provide weekly booking and pipeline updates to management Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal promotions and campaigns Understand each venue's offering inside-out, upsell menus, entertainment options, and extras Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring our reputation continues to grow Attend industry events, networking sessions, and site launches as a brand ambassador

Who You Are



A natural people person with strong sales instincts and impeccable attention to detail (venue-based preferred) Experience managing CRM platforms (e.g. OpenTable, Collins, or similar) Comfortable with KPIs, sales targets and reporting pipelines A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Super organised - juggling multiple bookings at different stages won't phase you Passionate about hospitality and guest experience A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
