Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Events team members join our team. As a Events Staff member, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and engaging with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive experience for potential customers while effectively communicating the benefits of our products. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to market our offerings to diverse audiences as well as being a outgoing and enthusiastic person.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing information about our products or services. Actively promote brand awareness through various marketing strategies, primarily F2F. Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team for future campaigns. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being promoted to answer any customer inquiries effectively. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve promotional goals and targets.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a promotional or retail environment. Strong marketing skills with an understanding of how to attract and retain customer interest. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team setting. Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends or evenings as required by events.
