We're a successful photo booth and events company looking for a reliable
Technical & Logistics Coordinator
to manage our equipment and operations. This isn't a desk job--you'll be the person who ensures our events go off without a hitch.
This is a flexible, part-time role based at our office in Egham. While our general working hours are
10 AM - 2 PM, Monday to Friday
, you must be able to adapt your schedule to meet the needs of our events, which sometimes require evening set ups, collections or longer hours.
Key responsibilities include:
Equipment Management:
You will be responsible for preparing, packing, and testing all equipment ready for events.
Maintenance & Technical Support:
You'll perform regular checks and basic repairs to ensure our gear is always in perfect working order.
Inventory & Organisation:
You'll manage our inventory of props, guestbooks, and other event supplies, ensuring our workspace is always tidy and organised.
Logistics & Errands:
You'll be comfortable driving in an around London to meet event needs and liaise with our team of freelance event professionals. A clean driving license is essential.
Autonomous Work:
We're looking for someone who is self-disciplined and comfortable working alone, taking full ownership of their tasks.
This role is for a problem-solver who takes immense pride in their work and can be counted on to get the job done. If you are highly motivated and have a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.
All business-related expenses, including parking, congestion charges, and fuel, will be covered.
