Earned Value Management Specialist - required for our client to join their specialist Civil Engineering contracting business. The company that the Earned Value Management Specialist will be working for are a well-established Civil Engineering contractor, whom work on projects from conception through construction to project delivery. The companies\' specialities span across a variety of different sectors including water and waste water, infrastructure and coastal protection. The Earned Value Management Specialist will be working on a prestigious project on a new Reservoir in Hampshire.

Earned Value Management Specialist Position Remuneration

• Salary circa \xc2\xa370k

Earned Value Management Specialist Position Overview

• Leading the Earned Value Reporting on a prestigious project
• Develop and agree with the client an Earned Value Implementation Plan
• Develop an Earned Value Reporting System
• Produce an Earned Value Baseline for the project to include Design and Construction elements
• Cost load the existing Primavera project programme
• Produce a monthly Earned Value Report for work packages and the project overall

Earned Value Management Specialist Position Requirements

• Experience of large complex construction projects
• Degree in Finance/Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• Proficient in Primavera
• Understanding of scheduling/programming, cost forecasting, dashboards and senior level reporting
• Knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
• Practical experience and experience in Earned Value Management
• BIM and document management experience beneficial
• Joint venture project experience would be advantageous
