This role is for a junior Project Manager to join a leading company that supports numerous health care organisations across the UK with fantastic SaaS products that support them boost their productivity, whilst saving them precious time and significantly reduces their expenditure.

Junior Project Manager. Home Based with Travel .

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join the team and support hospitals and Mental health associations with Software as a service products. This role is home based, that will require you to visit your clients when requested. Your role is to offer the best customer support will require you travelling 2 days per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Project Leads and Stakeholders to understand/cascade guidance and requirements, ensure adherence to PMO standards
• Manage queries/requests from clients. (Acute hospitals and health care providers)
• Manage and maintain Project Plan standards
• Provide regular quality checks of Milestones, Deliverable, Tasks within Project Plans
• Review Change Request Forms and confirm required sign-offs
• Leverage Project Tracking tools and provide update/reports on an ad-hoc basis
• Perform QA of weekly status submissions by working groups
• Consolidate and report resource requirements for PR delivery
• Assisting with project delivery, training and support.
• Deliver projects on-site (UK )and remotely.

Skills & Experience required:

• Proven experience within either Project management or Project coordinator role is essential
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must be articulate and persuasive to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders
• Self-starting with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Demonstrated analytically skills with follow-up and problem solving capability
• Must be an energetic self starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction
• Organised, detail oriented, and able to track multiple work streams / projects at once
• Must have a car and driving license for this role.
