We are looking for a Exam Conduct Officer to join our team.

We\'re looking for a diligent team member to perform compliance checks on remote tests to ensure fairness and compliance with testing policies and procedures. This involves reviewing exam sessions to detect misconduct and report relevant observations or incidents.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Exams officer or Invigilator, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you\'ll bring to the role

To be considered for the role, you\'ll need:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of good academic practice
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
  • Strong time management skills with ability to deliver to deadlines
  • The ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a member of a team
  • The flexibility to adapt in a dynamic working environment
  • Confidence with IT platforms and Microsoft suite of applications
  • Experience in a higher education setting (desirable)
  • Experience with academic integrity processes (desirable)
  • Prior experience in proctoring or administering online exams (desirable)
