Exam Officer
Are you interested in working as a part of a brilliant team as an Exam Officer?
With this role you will get the opportunity to work independently to demonstrate your skills and abilities as an Exams Officer. All exams, including mock exams and GCSEs, will fall into your remit.

Ideally you will have held experience as an Exams Officer in an educational setting and have a sharp eye for detail and excellent organising skills. Strong data and IT abilities are required.
This role is with a learning provider that offers a wide range of course. As an Exams officer you will be joining a company with a clear vision that education is accessible for everyone.

Job Role:

  • Manage and oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and exams.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and update databases and records.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
