Do you have strong administrative, managerial and IT skills and want to support our students as they undertake their exams?




We are currently seeking to appoint an Examinations Manager on a maternity cover basis, based at our Brighton Metropolitan College, to lead a team of Exams Co-ordinators in delivering an outstanding exams service to our staff and students.


Based at our Pelham Road campus in the heart of Brighton, this rewarding role involves supervising a wide range of examination processes including registering candidates with awarding organisations, making exam entries, organising major exam seasons, coordinating exam invigilators and delivering exam results to students and staff. Experience of examination administration is essential, as are organisational skills, strong IT skills and the ability to communicate with a range of customers including students, teachers, senior managers and awarding bodies. Previous management experience is desirable but not essential. The role is full-time but substantial part-time applicants with the right skills will be considered.

This role is for a fixed term period of maternity cover for a maximum of one year, or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
