About

the role



As a member of the Examinations team, you will be responsible for supporting the registration and delivery of examinations across the College in accordance with JCQ and awarding body regulations you will be responsible for supporting the Examinations department and co-ordinate and process learner awarding body registrations, examinations and entries and access arrangements and record and disseminate learner results and achievements.

Main Responsibilities:



Develop skills across the scope of Examinations team duties


Develop a detail understanding of the College's data and recording systems


Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels


Carry out the processes and procedures of the department effectively, individually and within the team structure to meet internal and external deadlines


Working flexibly to ensure that all deadlines are met


Develop a good understanding of JCQ and awarding body regulations


Share experience and understanding of processes by training others


Work together to develop the procedures of the department in line with the college's strategic plan
