25,251 - 26,627 (Pro Rata)

37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 Staff Development Days, plus 4 days in the Summer Holidays

The Exams Officer will be responsible for the effective and compliant administration of internal and external examinations at the school. The postholder will ensure that all processes adhere to awarding body and regulatory requirements. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, with responsibility for engaging positively and professionally with candidates, parents, tutors, and other stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who has:

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience in exam administration (preferred)
The ability to adapt to change and the flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet business needs

Although this post will be mainly term time, attendance will be required for the four days in August when exam results are downloaded and distributed.
