As the Excellence & Innovation Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in coordinating quality assurance processes, supporting staff development, and contributing to continuous improvement across the College. ## Your duties
You will:
Support lesson observations, learning walks, and coaching.
Liaise with awarding bodies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Analyse teaching quality and student performance data.
Support the monitoring of KPIs related to student outcomes, staff performance, and CPD participation.
Support exam boards and external quality assurance visits.
Develop teaching toolkits and digital resources.

## Person specification
The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant field.
Experience in academic admin or quality assurance.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management.
Ability to handle and analyse data.
Familiarity with assessment and compliance frameworks.
