An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant to join our Executive and Curriculum Administration Services (ECAS) team reporting to our Senior Administrator (Bede).

What you'll do:




Provide essential and comprehensive administrative support to the ECAS team at Bede. Assist College staff with a variety of administrative tasks. Help manage internal and external mail efficiently.

What we're looking for:




A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong communication and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A genuine interest in building a career in administration. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
