Job requirements
Role Summary:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the team, by handling administrative tasks and managing schedules.
It's a 12 months contract role and you will work from our office in Glasgow five days a week.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting managers with diary arrangements/meetings/expenses/reporting
Scheduling conference calls, video meetings and ensure timely reminders.
Preparing meeting materials, agenda and minutes when required.
Screening and prioritising emails, phone calls and written correspondence.
Raising purchase order requests for the team requirements.
Track and follow up on outstanding tasks and commitments to ensure timely completion.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a personal Assistant, in a similar role is highly desirable.
Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Strong organizational skills; the maestro of multi-tasking, juggling multiple responsibilities whilst remaining approachable to the wider team.
