A leader within the UK construction market, TMJ Interiors is a fast-growing joinery / interior fit out company looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Personal Assistant to join our Team for a fixed term of 12 months. This role will be based in Bildeston, Suffolk, supporting our Chairman and Managing Director, along with carrying out occasional tasks for other Board Members. You will need to be a great communicator and able to demonstrate an astute attention to detail, along with having a logical approach to work and excellent time management skills. Administrative experience is preferred; Microsoft office proficiency is essential.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Demonstration and appreciation of the need for confidentiality across the role
Coordinating multiple diaries, ensuring they are up to date at all times including all details such as location
Recognising appointments in diaries and preparing any required documents for these including maps and travel directions in a timely manor
Expenses management including company credit card and invoices
Organisation of emails and responding without instruction where required
Writing emails from dictation, correcting grammar and offering advice on structure
Taking messages from phone calls / phone management
