About You

You're someone who loves to organise, problem-solve, and make things happen. You enjoy variety, have great attention to detail, and get satisfaction from seeing things through from start to finish.

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong organisational and communication skills Is confident dealing with tradespeople, suppliers, and professional contacts Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively Brings initiative, common sense, and a "can-do" attitude to everything Is tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Xero, Asana, etc.) Has prior experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment (property, hospitality, or construction experience a plus) Is curious, adaptable, and keen to learn -- even when it's outside their comfort zone

What You'll Get

Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Opportunities for professional growth and career development within Boyce Group A varied role where no two days are the same Supportive, forward-thinking team culture Flexible working arrangements where possible On-site parking and company events
