We're looking for a passionate and curious Executive Assistant to join our team. What You'll Do:

• Provide Executive Level support primarily to the EVP of Business Development and to the rest of the Discovery BD Leadership team, but not limited to, calendar coordination, meeting planning, expense report processing, etc.
• Serve as the primary travel contact and coordinator for this team:

• Arranging logistics such as scheduling flights, booking accommodations, ground transportation and handling other trip-related tasks for groups and individuals for both domestic and international travel.
• Ensuring the efficient and effective dissemination of information is communicated to employees
• Create and utilize practices to anticipate travel needs/preferences and to avoid potential issues to ensure safe and convenient travel for internal travel customers.
• Ensure compliance with the Company travel policy.
• Coordinate with Evotec's global travel coordinators as needed in support of global meetings and international travel to ensure sufficient communication and cost savings
• Compose e-mails, letters, presentations, spreadsheets, agendas and minutes as necessary.
• Limited event coordination (i.e. Global and Regional BD meetings), etc.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Qualification Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years plus of experience as an Executive Assistant and preferably arranging a high volume of international and domestic travel in a fast-paced, professional setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and with Concur or another travel system.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Practical problem-solving skills.
• Strong people skills, diplomatic, approachable and accessible.
• Strong sense of urgency, demonstrated customer-focus and excellent follow up skills.
• Ability to work with and support remote employees.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $80,750 to $105,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual's skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
