In this pivotal support role, you'll be at the heart of our business, providing exceptional executive, administrative, and project support to our UK Co-Managing Directors and Leadership Team. You'll help ensure the smooth running of the organisation, enabling effective leadership and delivery of our strategic priorities.


We are a collaborative team, looking for a proactive and confident Executive Assistant to join us full-time in our Bingley office. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a positive outlook.

About the Role




The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting our UK Co-Managing Directors and Leadership Team. This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to anticipate needs. You'll work closely with senior leaders and external partners, contributing to the smooth delivery of our business priorities.


Key Responsibilities



Manage complex diaries and travel arrangements for the Co-MDs, ensuring efficiency and no scheduling conflicts. Build trusted relationships across the business and with external stakeholders, representing Damart professionally at all times. Coordinate and prepare for meetings -- from agendas and presentations to actions and follow-up. Support internal communications and draft updates and presentations on behalf of the Co-MDs. Organise leadership offsite & people events, and communication meetings. Provide administrative support for strategic projects, tracking milestones and outcomes. Maintain governance and documentation systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Collaborate with Group colleagues and external partners, including community and charity partners. Champion company culture and colleague engagement through creative initiatives and leadership visibility.

What We're Looking Fo

Proven experience supporting senior executives, MDs or Co-MDs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with a personable and professional style. High level of discretion, judgement, and emotional intelligence. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Calm under pressure, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
