My client, a City based Investment Bank are seeking a Dutch speaking EA to join a fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant who is looking for a role with a bit extra, who is keen to take on added responsibility and is highly proactive. The successful EA will be highly organised, keen to work under their own initiative with a flexible approach. Previous experience of working as an EA within Investment Banking is desired.

What you\'ll do:

• Proactively manage multiple complex diaries for the MD\'s
• Assist with booking all international travel
• Process all expenses in accordance with the firm\'s expense policy
• Assist with collating meeting documents for the team when required
• Work closely with the other team members to ensure full team coverage
• Coordinate and execute occasional event planning

Who you\'ll need:

• Executive Assistant experience within Investment Banking or Finance desired
• Dutch language skills
• An excellent team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple deadlines and changing priorities
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm and think outside the box
• Conscientious and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
