We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join Depop on a 6 month contract. In this role, you will provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to our Interim Marketing Leader, who is currently covering both Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Head of Marketing responsibilities.
You'll report into the Senior Executive Assistant to the CTO & CPO, working closely with them to stay aligned on priorities while taking ownership of supporting the Marketing leader across their day-to-day needs. This is a hands-on EA role where your support will help ensure Marketing leadership runs smoothly during this interim period.The role will also provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider Depop teams - including S&O and Internal Comms.
You will be primarily responsible for managing and organising the Marketing Leader's diary, to ensure their valuable time is used effectively. With clear and decisive communication, your support across a wide variety of tasks will help them and the team to focus on growing and evolving our business. By applying impeccable judgement along with unshakeable discretion and maturity, you will quickly become an invaluable support and will take a lot of satisfaction in running a tight ship.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality calendar and diary management for the Interim Marketing Leader, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritisation of meetings, and coordination across multiple time zones.
Manage travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and handle related logistics such as itineraries and expenses
Act as a key point of contact for the Marketing Org, flagging priority items, and safeguarding time through proactive planning
Attend Marketing meetings as needed, taking and circulating notes/minutes, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring actions are completed
Collaborate with the Marketing Leader and wider Senior Marketing leadership team to prepare presentations, team updates, PR/event briefings, and monthly reporting materials
Support the coordination of internal ceremonies, workshops, quarterly All Hands, and cross-functional sessions by managing invites, agendas, materials, and logistics
Partner closely with the Senior EA to CTO & CPO and the wider EA team to ensure aligned support across leadership, including occasional coverage for other executives or EA leave
Work with Internal Comms to support the organisation and logistics of company events and culture-focused initiatives
Handle a variety of ad hoc administrative duties with professionalism and attention to detail - this may include expenses, travel, presentation formatting, and supporting internal and external communications
Remain flexible and proactive, contributing wherever needed during this interim period - responsibilities may evolve depending on business needs
Requirements:Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
Hands-on experience of diary and inbox management for a C-Level professional or Director
Mac-literate with a good knowledge of G-Suite and Slack
Must be highly professional, trustworthy and discrete with excellent judgement
Experience within a similar scale-up technology company or app is highly desirable
