The candidate will be responsible for providing professional and efficient EA support to Managing Directors / Directors (MD/Ds) within Legal. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with a number of senior executives and their support offices.
Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support, handling diary management, tracking actions, and engaging with various teams across the organization. We're looking for a colleague who is proactive, hardworking, forward thinking and has a can-do attitude, a colleague who is a team player able to work seamlessly with other assistants and wider stakeholder group.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications
Previous EA experience
Proven experience of working within a fast paced and demanding environment within professional service organisations, a corporate or financial institution.
Patience and a good listener
Excellent written and communication skills with a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to prioritise and operate under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
High level of skill/competency in IT- relevant packages e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications
Previous EA experience in a Legal environment (law firm or in-house) or within a financial institution.
Familiar using Workday, Coupa and Concur systems.

This role is a permanent role, with a requirement of 3 days in the office, located within our Glasgow office.
