Job Description

Would you like to work for a company where people truly do matter? At Ahmad Tea we are small enough to care about each individual that works for us but, as a successful International Tea Brand we are big enough to make each job rewarding and challenging.

Ahmad Tea is a family led business, drawing on four generations of tea blending and tasting experience. We have a strong focus on Sustainability and were recently awarded a King's Award for Enterprise for our sustainable development programmes. The prestigious award recognises the outstanding impact we have delivered to improve the lives of communities in the UK and around the world.

Our team works to raise social and environmental standards across tea gardens and our supply chain. Our initiatives are aimed at improving the standard of living of workers in the tea gardens we source from, as well as ensure that value is redistributed fairly. We are looking for someone with passion for social justice, job critical organisational skills and analytical ability to support the delivery of genuine impact and authentic, purpose-driven change.
