What You'll Do



Provide high-level support to the Executive Director Work as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff Implement and shape processes based on your passed experience that ensure enhanced productivity and smooth daily functions Manage calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones Expertly coordinate international travel logistics Operational support and Office Management Communication management Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and action items Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Stay one step ahead -- anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise

What You'll Bring



Proven experience of at least 3 years as an EA, PA or similar role in a fast-paced setting Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strategic thinking Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal, and interpersonal Tech-savvy: confident with MS Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Asana, Trello or similar Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and adaptable Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
