We're looking for an experienced and proactive

Executive Assistant

to support our C-level leadership team, including our CTO, CFO, and CPO. You'll be the cornerstone of their productivity - managing complex schedules, facilitating executive communication, and coordinating key meetings and reporting. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can seamlessly juggle multiple priorities while maintaining absolute discretion, this is your opportunity to make a real impact at a global fintech.


This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our London office / week.







Requirements:



What it takes to succeed:



?

Proven ability to manage highly confidential information and exercise excellent judgment. Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanour. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities. Ability to work under pressure and support multiple executives concurrently.

Education and Experience:



High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally supporting C-level leadership in a global business.

Schedule & Meeting Management



Manage and prioritise the complex calendars of the CTO, CFO, and CPO, ensuring efficient and effective scheduling. Anticipate potential conflicts, reschedule as needed, and ensure all logistics are in place for seamless meeting execution.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Coordination



Act as the key liaison between executives and both internal and external stakeholders. Prepare high-quality executive-level communications, presentations, and updates that reflect professionalism and clarity.

Administrative & Personal Support



Handle a range of administrative tasks, including expense management, correspondence, and business reporting. Support with personal logistics such as holiday bookings, car reservations, and ad-hoc errands. Own the logistics and minute-taking for weekly management team meetings and follow up on action items.

Monthly Reporting



Prepare accurate and timely reports related to business expenses, office costs, and reimbursement claims. Collaborate with relevant teams to collect data and compile board information for monthly reporting.
