We're looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, and high-energy

Executive Assistant & Office Manager

to support our CEO, founding team, and fast-growing London HQ.


This role blends classic EA support with light-touch

office management

-- perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, cares deeply about details, and wants to operate at the heart of a high-growth company.


You'll be the right hand to the exec team and the operational backbone of our London office -- supporting scheduling, meetings, logistics, team coordination, and keeping our space running smoothly.

What You'll Do



Executive Support:



Calendar & Scheduling:

Manage complex calendars for the CEO and founding team, balancing internal and external priorities

Meeting Coordination:

Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-ups happen across leadership meetings

Internal Alignment:

Help coordinate priorities, track OKRs, and keep the team moving in sync

Stakeholder Engagement:

Assist with investor communications, external meeting prep, and occasional deck support

Travel & Offsites:

Plan travel and coordinate logistics for company offsites and executive events

Office Management:



Office Operations:

Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our London office (supplies, equipment, vendors, etc.)

Culture & Events:

Organise team lunches, socials, and onboarding kits to help foster connection and momentum

Space Management:

Liaise with the building, make the office a productive and inspiring space

Vendor Coordination:

Manage relationships with external service providers (cleaning, security, IT support, etc.)

General Admin:

Support ad hoc requests and keep operational documentation up-to-date

Who You Are:



3+ years experience supporting C-level executives in a

high-growth or startup environment

Prior experience managing a small office or team space is a plus Incredibly organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful - you anticipate problems before they happen Strong communicator, both written and verbal, and comfortable working with high-level stakeholders Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet when handling sensitive or confidential information Tech-savvy, fast learner, and excited to build systems and processes from scratch Energised by startups, fast-paced work, and ambitious teams - you bring positivity and calm under pressure
