ROLE

PURPOSE





The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and the Property Director, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the organisation. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities typical of an Executive Assistant, including designing and coordinating internal and external events as required, and overseeing a team of two. Exceptional organisational skills are essential to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES




Administrative Support: Manage the CEO and the Property Director's s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Team. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; handle correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and discretion. Documentation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents; maintain organised filing systems. Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects; track progress and follow up on action items. Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare materials for Exec meetings; take minutes and ensure timely distribution. Office Management: Oversee the team responsible for daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive work environment; manage office supplies and equipment. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate external events as needed, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently. Team Oversight: Supervise and support a team of two, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.



KNOWLEDGE,

SKILLS

AND EXPERIENCE




3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role. Previous experience in a FTSE 250 company or similar Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
