Job Description

The role of Executive Assistant in the Not For Profit sector involves providing high-level administrative support to senior management. This temporary position in London requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational and secretarial skills.

  • Manage the diary and schedule of senior executives, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant within either a not for profit or housing association is a must
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in supporting senior management in a professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
