Base Salary: 22,222.20 + performance bonus OTE: 24,444.42

We are a fast-growing professional services firm operating across tax, legal, advisory, financial planning and strategy. We're looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support the founder across business operations, client delivery, workflow organisation and scheduling.

This role is ideal for a graduate seeking accelerated exposure to how ambitious firms operate, including advisory processes, legal-style correspondence, diary strategy, stakeholder communication and project support. The position is hands-on and based full-time at our Sutton office.

? Key Responsibilities



Executive Support



Inbox management and email triage Drafting polished, professional correspondence Managing follow-up sequences and chasing actions Preparing agendas, briefing notes and meeting packs

Diary & Schedule Management



Coordinating internal and external meetings Managing competing priorities Booking rooms, venues and video calls Protecting focus blocks in a busy diary

Document & Workflow Support



Formatting reports, proposals, letters and business plans Version control and document tracking Proofreading for clarity, grammar and tone Preparing physical client documentation packs

Client & Project Support



Drafting summaries and follow-up communications Conducting research requests (legal, business, finance, property) Tracking client deadlines (HMRC, Companies House, etc.) Collating onboarding documentation

Office Administration



CRM updates and lead tracking Expenses and invoice logging Filing, printing, scanning and organisation Greeting clients

Light Personal Errands



Appointment coordination Personal administrative support where required

Excellent written English Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills Strong situational judgement Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision Comfortable in a fast-moving environment Detail-driven with a focus on accuracy Curious and eager to learn

Ideal Degrees



We welcome graduates from a range of disciplines, particularly those with strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, including:

Law Business/Management Accounting/Finance English/Linguistics Psychology Philosophy Politics/International Relations
All degrees will be considered with evidence of strong writing, organisation and judgement.

Experience & Development



Over six months you will gain exposure to:

Executive coordination and scheduling strategy Client advisory delivery Professional drafting standards Internal operational processes Document packaging for legal/financial contexts Live operational project support
High performers may have the opportunity to extend the contract or progress.

Assessments & Interviews (27-28 November, Sutton office)



Shortlisted candidates will complete:

These assessments evaluate structured thinking, clarity of communication, and operational judgement.

Software & Tools



Experience with any of the following is beneficial:

Office 365 / Google Workspace Notion / Trello / ClickUp / Asana CRM platforms Canva Xero familiarity (bonus)

Working Hours



This is an in-person position based at our Sutton office, operating

9:00am - 5:00pm

, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility depending on client commitments and meeting schedules.

Compensation



Base salary: 22,222.20

Performance bonus leading to OTE of 24,444.42
