About the Role

- This role is reporting directly into the CEO:

Executive Support




Manage complex calendar scheduling for the CEO , travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Support the exec team with their diary management Prioritize and manage incoming communications (emails, calls, messages) Prepare briefing materials, agendas, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings Coordinate board meetings, external calls, and senior leadership sessions

Operational & Strategic Support




Track key deliverables and deadlines across departments for the CEO Conduct research and prepare summaries for strategic initiatives or competitive intel Maintain a pulse on company operations and flag critical issues or priorities Assist with internal communications (e.g., CEO memos, town halls)

Relationship & Stakeholder Management




Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO with staff, clients, partners, and investors Help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Coordinate with HR, Legal, Product, and Sales teams to support executive-level projects

Personal Support (as needed)




Manage occasional personal errands and logistics for the CEO Always maintain confidentiality and discretion

About You:




5-7+ years' experience supporting a senior executive (CEO, Founder, or C-level), ideally in fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently
