Your Role

Provide administrative support to up to 5 stakeholders within the Financial Services Sector. Manage complex diaries across multiple geographies using Outlook. Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and logistics. Monitor and process expenses and timesheets via Capgemini's online system. Handle general enquiries and perform day-to-day administrative tasks. Assist other EAs with holiday cover and internal event responsibilities. Liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth communication. Occasionally prepare documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Your Profile

Proven experience in a similar EA or administrative role. Strong proficiency in Outlook and diary management; confident with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work autonomously. Skilled in event organization and managing tight deadlines under pressure. Prior experience supporting senior stakeholders (VP level or above). Excellent communication skills in an international context; GDPR awareness. Ability to build strong networks and foster collaborative relationships. Professional services or consulting background is an advantage; proactive and "can-do" mindset.
