Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at Arenko, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and the People Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling our leaders to focus on delivering strategic priorities. You'll also help drive key people initiatives that make Arenko an expectational place to work.



In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for ensuring a professional, welcoming and engaging office environment for our team. We operate a hybrid model that balances time in the office with the flexibility to work from home. This is a

10-month fixed term contract (maternity cover)

- an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast paced and collaborative environment.



In addition, you will act as the go-to person for creating and maintaining a professional, welcoming and engagement office environment for our team. We operate a hybrid model, balancing time in the office with flexibility to work from home. This position is offered as a 10-month fixed term contract (maternity cover), providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.





Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and management team - including diary and itinerary management, travel and accommodation bookings, expense reconciliation and related business process support. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring clear communication and professional representation of the SLT. Manage office operations, including supplies, inventory, including food/drinks for the office, general stock, and liaising with various external suppliers. Collaborate with the People Team to plan and deliver company-wide initiatives such as team socials, learning sessions and engagement activities. Prepare and format reports, presentations and correspondence on behalf of the SLT and People Team. Support the People Manager in maintaining a tidy, efficient and welcoming office environment that reflects our culture and values. Champion company culture and assist with ad hoc People projects and initiatives that support our broader People Strategy.



Required Qualifications & Skills:



Experience: 2+ years experienced in a similar role supporting senior leaders (hybrid office a +). Experience managing multiple senior leaders concurrently, along with their diaries and schedules. Excellent written and verbal skills with strong professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, DocuSign and Gmail. Highly organised and motivated with a strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Keen to learn new skills, share innovative ideas and work with multiple stakeholders across the business. High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
