About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executives Office. This is a key role requiring discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard
act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication
maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
support project work and assist with organisational initiatives as required
About you
proven experience as an Executive Assistant within a public sector or in a similar administrative role
excellent organisational and time-management skills
strong communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, colleagues, and external partners
proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
ability to work independently and as part of a team
