We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Executive Assistant to support our senior team in managing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and be proficient in various office software applications.

Responsibilities:



Assisting with onboarding new employees (paperwork, welcome materials) Administration tasks such as scanning, printing Taking minutes Organising calendars and schedules Setting and confirming appointments and meetings Sending reminders and daily updates Handling emails and phone calls (screening, prioritising, responding) Drafting and sending correspondence Preparing reports and documents Booking travel and accommodations Running errands and ordering supplies Scheduling professional appointments Coordinating with internal teams and external contacts Managing projects or delegating tasks on behalf of the employer Handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion Adapting to last-minute changes and solving problems efficiently Prioritising tasks based on urgency and importance Organising logistics for marketing events Making minor changes to websites using CMS platforms Maintaining office supplies and placing orders as needed

Requirements:



Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office Familiarity with general administrative tasks and office procedures Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
