The ideal candidate will work closely with 2 senior members of the WNS management team and as a team with the Office Manager and other EAs. Start Date for the Role :- 1st Week of Feb 2026
Key responsibilities
Supporting the senior managers in all business matters as required
Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
Making travel and hotel arrangements through the WNS Travel Desk
Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press
Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
General Office Duties at the City Office
Working as a team with the Office Manager and other EAs
Setting up, processing and maintaining related systems, procedures, files/spreadsheets as appropriate
Play a key administrative role in the planning, catering, coordination, organisation, and logistics for internal/client meetings.
Participate in the planning and arranging of conference calls.
Filing of office/client / supplier contracts and ANO documentation
Answering office telephone
Management of incoming and outgoing post
Supporting and helping other administration and office functions e.g. covering the reception desk during holidays/lunch breaks
Supporting visiting staff from other WNS locations as and when required
Order stationery and other supplies through procurement
Fire drills and other health and safety requirements within the city office
Upkeep and maintenance of the city office.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in a similar EA / PA role
Experience working in an international context
Experience in the BPM/BPO/IT sector a plus
Discreet (able to handle confidentiality) & Strong emotional intelligence.
Additional Information
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract Role in London Office.
Working - Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 5.30 PM
5 Days Work from Office. Work from Home is not Available for this Role.
