Executive Assistant & Office Management Support

professional to join our London team. This is a high-profile role supporting senior leaders at the very heart of the business, while ensuring the London Head Office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Office location Central London


The Opportunity
This dual role combines high-level executive support with shared responsibility for office management. You will act as a trusted partner to 2-3 members of the Executive Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, prioritising competing demands, and ensuring seamless communication across the business. At the same time, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our London Head Office, liaising with suppliers and service providers, and upholding a productive, well-organised workplace.


The position requires a mix of discretion, business acumen, and operational capability; someone equally comfortable briefing senior executives, hosting visitors, or ensuring the office environment is functioning at its best.


What You'll Do

Executive Assistant responsibilities include:



Extensive calendar and diary management


Managing ELT inbox and correspondence


Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments


Arranging travel and accommodation


Preparing documents, reports, and presentations


Attending meetings, recording minutes, and following up on actions


Managing projects and timelines on behalf of executives


Supporting recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities


Monitoring budgets and expenses


Organising internal and external events


Office Management responsibilities include:



Overseeing the smooth daily running of the London Head Office


Acting as a point of contact for facilities, suppliers, and contractors


Managing budgets, purchase orders, and expense processes


Ensuring compliance with health and safety and security requirements


Coordinating company-wide events and communications


Maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces


About You
You are highly organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities at once. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand how to create order amidst complexity. As a natural communicator, you can build relationships across all levels and act as a calm, professional representative of the leadership team.

Strong business and commercial acumen


Proven ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritise effectively


Experience supporting senior executives and managing sensitive information with discretion


Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite


Drafting, writing, and research skills
