A busy passive fire protection contractor, is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director and leadership team. This role suits someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director/Owner Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meetings, correspondence etc. Prepare professional reports, presentations, and project documentation. Assist with document control, compliance, and business process coordination. Utilise AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) for drafting, scheduling, data organisation, and workflow automation. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams with professionalism and discretion.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a similar support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and modern collaboration tools. Experience or strong interest in using AI-based software to improve efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in the construction sector a real advantage (not essential though)
