Executive Assistant to Directors



We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to our Directors and Senior Leadership team, while also overseeing general office management. This is a key role for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident working at senior level in a fast-paced environment.

The Role



You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the Directors' and Senior Leadership team's day-to-day activities, as well as supporting the effective operation of the office.

Key responsibilities include:



Providing proactive, day-to-day support to Directors and the Senior Leadership team, anticipating needs and managing priorities Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organising company accommodation and travel Preparing agendas, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings Acting as a key point of contact between Directors and internal and external stakeholders Coordinating board meetings, including logistics, papers, and minutes Ensuring accurate record-keeping and following up on actions and decisions Supporting compliance with governance, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements Handling correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion Liaising with senior leadership, clients, partners, and external advisors Supporting expense management, invoicing, and basic budget tracking where required Assisting with ad-hoc projects and business initiatives Overseeing general office management, including office supplies, facilities coordination, and liaising with service providers Supporting office processes to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organised working environment

About You



Minimum of three years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at senior level Exceptional organisational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,500.00-30,000.00 per year
