We're looking for a highly capable

Executive Assistant

to support our founders - a couple who lead the group - and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, accountability, and growth across our businesses.

This role is technology-driven. You don't need to code, but you must be confident with digital tools, apps, and automations. We want someone who enjoys finding smarter ways to work - spotting where processes can be streamlined with tech and making sure the business runs more efficiently.

This isn't a clock-watching role - we need someone who's fully invested, ready to step in when the business demands it, even outside standard hours. If you're the type to say 'that's not in my job description,' this won't be the right fit.

What you'll do



Act as the first point of contact between the founders and the wider team (40+ people across UK, Europe and the US). Spot issues before they escalate and ensure accountability across the business. Manage and coordinate projects - from new venture launches to operational improvements. Research, liaise with key staff and suppliers, and represent the founders in communications. Implement smarter processes, automations, and tech tools to improve efficiency. Prepare reports, oversee financial admin, carry out checks and keep everything on track. Support both business and occasional personal tasks with a can-do attitude. Be ready to travel as needed to support business expansion (all costs covered).

A natural enthusiasm for technology - confident with apps, automations, and digital tools, and eager to introduce new solutions. A willingness and ability to travel when required.
