GEDU Global Education is a UK HQ's Group of [15 institutions and businesses across 13 countries.]
Our pioneer business in GBS, which is a HE institution founded in the UK in 2010. It now teaches over 35,000 students in 10 campuses across East and West London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester.
The Group's other UK-based businesses are:
- MLA College, which delivers online degrees in maritime operations, engineering and sustainable development
- MetaGedu, which is an apprenticeship business
- GlobalU, which is an online HE learning platform
- EP, which is our English Language Teaching business. It has an expanding global presence, from Toronto to Brisbane.
The Group also contains:
- ICN, which has campuses in Paris, Nancy and Berlin

Main Purpose of the Role
This is a new role in a new team, being built by a recently appointed Managing Director for External Engagement and Sustainability to:
- Secure recognition for GEDU Global Education as a leading, UK HQ'd group of education businesses with an expanding global reach;
- Support the public policy objectives of the Group and of the individual group companies; and
- Showcase and develop the Group's activities that support achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
The main purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director to ensure the external engagement and sustainability team operate efficiently and effectively.
